What data do we collect from you?

  • Identity data- full name (including any middle names), gender and date of birth;
  • Contact data- phone number, email and address;
  • Financial data- bank details in order to pay you after a job has been completed;
  • Profile data- creating a username and password to access your webpage;
  • Sensitive data – such as race and ethnicity to ensure that we find you work where you meet the brief.

By signing the contract, you agree for Seaside Kids Casting to actively to use your data to help secure work.
 

Who is collecting the data?
The data will only be collected by one of the three company directors (Laura, Natasha or Samantha).
 

How is this data collected?
All data will be collected from you by either email or telephone.
 

How is this data used?
The data that we collect from you in the initial enquiry, will be used to help The Seaside Kids Casting Team only to decide as to whether we think we would be able to find you work in the industry and will help us to inform our decision as to whether we are able to offer you a place on our books. Once accepted onto our books, the data that is then collected, will be used to form a one-page web profile. This will be password protected and you will receive a log in and password to access this information. This information will not be publicly available. We, the agency, will then forward this information to casting directors (hirers) that are looking for clients (work seekers) and where we feel your information fits the brief. The information that we have collected from you, will only be forwarded lawfully and in order to secure you work. This is also so that we can fulfil our role and duty as an agency. Your information will not be shared with any third parties without your written consent.
 

How long is data stored?
Data that we have collected from you will be stored for as long as we need it for. Personal data will be stored for up to 6 years after termination of contract for tax purposes.
 

Legal Rights
You have the right to access data we have collected form you at any time. You have the right to correct or erase any data. You can reject the processing of your data and you have the right to withdraw consent from us using your data. You do not have to pay to access any of your data.
 

What security is in place?
Your personal webpage will be password protected and will only be accessed by you or the company directors. However, we cannot guarantee 100% the security of your data and therefore you send this to us at your own risk. We do however do our upmost to keep all of the data safe and secure.
